Here is a breakdown of our parties. Our daytime parties are £150 which covers 10 children. You can have a maximum of 15 kids in total with the extra children being £10 per child. Our evening VIP parties are £325 which covers 20 children. You can have a maximum of 30 children with the additional children being £10.50 per child.

 

We ask that for daytime Buzz Parties, that you have a maximum of 18 adults due to limited space.

 

Party Coordinator

To ensure you and your guests have a great time, you will be assigned a party coordinator. You can liaise before your party and on the day, they will make sure your party runs smoothly.

Party Invitations 

You can pick up party invitations at the Hive. Please feel free to pop in anytime. Our opening hours are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Sunday. Alternatively, we can post the invitations to you. If you would like us to post the invitations, please email us with your mailing address.

Party Food

Enjoy a party food box filled with tasty treats. A standard box will contain plain crisps, a sandwich, Haribo and a delicious crispy cake.

Hot food can be added at £1.75 per child. This includes chicken nuggets and chips or hot dog and chips instead of a sandwich. Slushies can be added on £1.50 per child and a tub of Whippy ice cream can be added for £1.50 per child. Both hot food and slushie options must be prebooked and are non-refundable.

 

Children will also be offered unlimited juice throughout the party.

If you or your guests have any allergies or dietary needs, please discuss them with your party coordinator upon booking.

Party Bags

The team will provide age-appropriate party bags as a keepsake for your guests to remember your fun-filled party. Please ensure you provide a list of your guests' ages one week before the party to enable us to tailor the party bags to your theme and guests.

Cake

Well, it is a birthday party and what party would it be without a birthday cake! You are welcome to bring a birthday cake and have candles. We can cut the cake and put a slice in party bags. Unfortunately, for insurance reasons, we cannot allow it to be eaten on premises.

Party Extras

Your party includes the following:
Face Painting and 1 Game for daytime Buzz Party

Two Party Games and choice of Treasure Hunt or Cupcake decorating for the VIP and Themed Parties. Cupcake decorating allows each guest to decorate and take home one yummy sweet treat, or simply tuck in on site!

Buzz The Hive's Bee can make an appearance at the party free of charge. Please let us know if you would like Buzz to join in with the celebration and have a boogie with the guests.

Tea and coffee and food platters for adults are available at extra charge. The costs are as follows:

Coffee and tea - £12 each
Mixed Sandwich Platter from £18

Guest List: please return your completed guest list a few days before your party.

Free Pass : your child will receive a free pass to visit the Hive at the end of the party.

 

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes to your party. This allows the party hosts time to set up.
